    Description
    Nashville Smiles is a well-established, general practice with focus on unmatched patient care & relationships. We are currently seeking an additional full-time Business Assistant to join our team The Business Assistant's overall responsibility will be handling various administrative tasks in the front office area. This role plays an important part in communicating effectively with patients and maintaining an organized administrative schedule. The Business Assistant will work closely with the Treatment Coordinator and staff to ensure the patient experience was held to an optimal level.

    Responsibilities:
    • Answer all inbound and outbound calls.
    • Schedule Patient appointments, and/or Follow up on appointments.
    • Assist in managing Doctor and Hygiene schedules.
    • Greet patients as well as checking patients in/out.
    • Maintain Office records.
    • Documenting patient dental treatments and transactions.
    • Following office procedures for patient referrals and scheduling of office appointments.
    • Orders office and administrative supplies.
    Requirements:
    • High School Diploma or equivalent.
    • Dental experience preferred.
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
    • A friendly, positive demeanor with patients and dental office team members.
    • Great administrative organizational skills.
    • Friendly, positive demeanor with Patients and Dental office team members.
    • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new programs.
    • Impeccable Customer Service Skills.

    We offer competitive pay (based on experience) and comprehensive benefits package available.
    Practice located in West Nashville, TN
    Full-time. Monday-Thursday, Permanent Position.
