    Description

    Annual salary: $235,000 – $365,000.

    We are looking to speak with NY-barred restructuring & insolvency Associates to join our client's well regarded and busy Corporate Restructuring practice group in New York.

    You will join a powerhouse known for representing debtors in possession, creditors' committees, trustees, secured and unsecured creditors, bondholders, insurance companies, US and non-US lenders, and corporate clients in a broad range of bankruptcy and commercial real estate matters – some of the highest-profile restructurings and bankruptcy cases in the United States and beyond.

    You will work alongside experienced bankruptcy litigators and perform detailed investigations into insider transactions, fraudulent conveyances, and preference transactions. You will also represent parties in out-of-court workouts and purchases of distressed debt and distressed assets.

    This is an opportunity to guide clients through most distressed situations, whether an interested investor, a creditor seeking to maximize its recovery, or a company aiming to proceed through a successful, yet complex restructuring.
