    Looking for the ability to make an impact as a key part of a rapidly growing, technology-enabled, and nationally focused transportation services company? If so, Auto Driveaway Truck Transport is seeking a strategic, energetic, and customer-focused team member to join the organization as an Account Manager supporting inside sales.

    In this role, the Account Manager will be responsible for expanding the client portfolio across a diverse range of industries, responding to quote requests, assisting with customer inquiries, building relationships with existing accounts, and delivering the highest level of customer service.

    This position with one of the largest professional driveaway companies in the United States is ideal for a candidate that is organized, passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience and motivated to grow the business.

    Auto Driveaway Truck Transport is a leading national provider of professional truck relocation services, serving large corporate truck dealers and OEMs with fast, safe and reliable door-to-door driveaway service nationwide.

    Services include transporting via single, boom or deck/piggyback method from coast to coast.

    We accomplish this with a personalized customer experience, an unwavering commitment to safety, and national network of professional drivers - helping to ensure quality, accountability, and reliability on every trip.

    Role and ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for new and existing customers, managing inbound phone calls and emailsAssist with prospecting for new customers to build a successful sales pipelineBuild and maintain sustainable relationships and trust with customers through accurate, proactive, and engaged communicationProvide prompt and accurate quotes for transportation requests, including but not limited to managing assigned bid boards, responding with competitive bids to capitalize on the opportunities presentedProactively engage with customers to identify opportunities to gain additional market share and become the carrier of choiceEnsure orders and transportation requests are entered accurately and maintain timely communication with customers on order statusHandle customer escalations as needed, in collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure prompt resolution and communicationKeep records of customer and prospect interactions, and accurately utilize a CRM tool for pipeline and opportunity managementMaintain regular engagement with internal stakeholders to ensure Auto Driveaway is meeting customer needs and expectationsKeep up to date on industry trends and competitive intelligenceGrow Auto Driveaway's reputation as the driveaway company of choice across the United StatesQualifications and Education RequirementsCollege degree required3+ years of sales and customer relationship management experience, including a track record of growth and success in new business generationStrong background in transportation, logistics or related fields preferredProven customer service/customer support experienceExceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsMeticulous attention to detailTrack record of achieving sales goals and driving customer retentionHigh energy, enthusiasm and drive for achieving resultsPassionate about safety and customer experienceProficiency with email and Microsoft Office Suite, especially ExcelAbility to multi task and work in a fast-paced environment, recognizing a sense of urgency and self-motivation
