    Senior Administrative Assistant - III
    New York, NY
    6+ Month Contract
    Pay range /hr, W 2

    Description:

    This role as a Senior Administrative Assistant involves providing vital administrative support to Executive Officers and their teams within the Technology Department.

    We are looking for a candidate with excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills, the ability to adapt to changing priorities, collaborate effectively with other administrative professionals, and manage confidential information professionally.



    Responsibilities include
    • Manages VP calendars to help prioritize demands and handle scheduling conflicts effectively.
    • Provides administrative support to the team, coordinates meetings, prepares materials, and follows up on action items.
    • Plans and coordinates events, meetings, and conferences, as well as manages special projects assigned by executives.
    • Handles expense reporting, reconciles travel expenses, and maintains organization charts.
    • Assists in HR on-boarding processes and ensures secure handling of sensitive information.
    • Performs other administrative tasks as required.


    Administrative Skills

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
    • Strong organizational skills, multitasking capabilities, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining confidentiality and a professional demeanor.

    Required Qualifications
    • Demonstrates a clear sense of urgency and understanding of priorities.
    • Handles confidential information discreetly and works well in a team environment.
    • Brings 5-7 years of experience in administrative support, including 3 years supporting senior executives, with a preference for a Bachelor's degree.
