- Manages VP calendars to help prioritize demands and handle scheduling conflicts effectively.
- Provides administrative support to the team, coordinates meetings, prepares materials, and follows up on action items.
- Plans and coordinates events, meetings, and conferences, as well as manages special projects assigned by executives.
- Handles expense reporting, reconciles travel expenses, and maintains organization charts.
- Assists in HR on-boarding processes and ensures secure handling of sensitive information.
- Performs other administrative tasks as required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong organizational skills, multitasking capabilities, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining confidentiality and a professional demeanor.
- Demonstrates a clear sense of urgency and understanding of priorities.
- Handles confidential information discreetly and works well in a team environment.
- Brings 5-7 years of experience in administrative support, including 3 years supporting senior executives, with a preference for a Bachelor's degree.
