- Conduct monthly booking audits and design controls to ensure financial integrity.
- Prepare and review monthly accruals, forecasts, and analyses on inventory, productivity, and variances.
- Develop and maintain robust internal control systems to enhance financial accuracy and compliance.
- Create monthly dashboards showcasing key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze monthly Profit & Loss statements and provide detailed reports.
- Develop and maintain financial tools to assist area managers in tracking budgets and costs.
- Engage in ad hoc financial analyses and reporting as needed.
- Identify and implement cost-reduction strategies to enhance financial performance.
- Embrace a continuous improvement mindset to refine financial processes.
- Prepare and present detailed financial results to management.
- Assist in the formulation and development of annual budgets.
- Foster a collaborative environment with other departments to support and achieve budgeted outcomes.
- Lead cross-functional teams on productivity-enhancing projects.
- Undertake special projects as required by management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in accounting, data analysis, or financial controlling.
