- Partner the Sales Team on maximizing sales through joint visits, demonstrations, key meetings and technical support on quotations
- Articulating the business and technical value of our solutions and products to senior managers and technical decision makers
- Propose the Disguise product(s) to solve business challenges faced by our customers, supported by demo projects, presentation material and internal and external solution documentation
- Positioning our technical solutions in competitive scenarios
- Remove technical barriers and assist to motivate sales teams by conveying key USPs
- Participate in the design & build of AMER Trade Show, Roadshows and Open House events
- Produce system schematics, 3rd party solutions documentation and project proposals to support the sales process
- Operating the disguise LA XR Stage
- Configuring and calibrating camera and camera tracking solutions
- Programming disguise demo projects
- Aiding Sales demonstrations
- Submit feature requests based on customer feedback and industry insight
- Comfortable in both a technical dialogue and commercial setting
- Strong written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills
- On set experience in live events, film and/or tv production

- Experience in using diagramming tools such as Lucidchart or Vectorworks
- Experienced and comfortable in 3D software such as Blender, Maya, C4D
- Track record of producing results
- Product or solutions strategy development in the entertainment sector
- Demonstrated ability to collect user feedback, analysis and strategies for customer pain points
- Spoken & written second language
- Degree in digital media, lighting design, production management, computer graphics, computer science, or other relevant field

Technical Solutions Specialist - (based in New York)
Summary:
Disguise is a fast-growing company that sells their products and services to high-end and complex events, shows and installations. Our product range is an integrated visual video production suite that has been used on productions such as the Sphere, Grammys, Coachella, Olympics, Ed Sheeran Tour, Taylor Swift Tour, The Rolling Stones, Brit Awards, Eurovision, NHL Studios, ESPN and many others.
The Technical Solutions Specialist is a member of the Americas (AMER) Technical Solutions team and is responsible for the development, presentation and drive of Disguise technical solutions to support the sales team in reaching its goals. Using a combination of Disguise and non-Disguise offerings, services, assets, hardware and software products, the Technical Solutions Specialist (TSS) assists with communicating the value of the solution for opportunities which meet customer requirements and assist in solving their business problems.
Technical Solution Specialists are expected to spend 50-80% of their time in face to face discussions with clients, both in person and remote. Expect 3-4 days a week to be based in the office which could be in Los Angeles or New York. They will work alongside and sell through Sales partners, Studio, Rental and Solution partners, providing clients with an exceptional understanding of the disguise workflow. The TSS is AMER wide and therefore not limited to one market or geography. The TSS is utilized by sales team members in technical situations.

Key activities and responsibilities include:
Building on our two-decade legacy in the live event space, where our workflow has powered global concert tours for artists like U2 and Beyonc, festivals like Coachella and Glastonbury and theatre productions like Frozen and Harry Potter, we are also now leading the way in Extended Reality (xR) for remote Virtual Production.
Our award-winning xR workflow has enabled over 300 productions in the past 12 months, for music artists such as Katy Perry and Billie Eilish, broadcast TV channels like ITV and Eurosport, enterprise businesses like SAP and Siemens, educational institutions like the University of Michigan and notable VFX studios like Framestore and DNEG.
We partner closely with Epic Games, NVIDIA, Netflix and many more to further develop and democratize our virtual production solution and enable teams anywhere to create their best story with the most innovative tools.
