    Description
    Our large retail client is looking for a People and Culture Specialist to join their team.

    As a member of our People & Culture team, you are expected to be a strong contributor to the development of managers and co-workers, providing People & Culture expertise and ensuring that the People strategy is locally put into practice in the most effective and efficient way.

    This person must be comfortable coming onsite 5 days a week in King of Prussia, PA.

    Experience with Workday

    • At least 3-5 years' experience in HR department preferably as an HR Generalist, Specialist or Business Partner
    • Ability to communicate confidently and clearly with various audiences in English, both verbally and in writing.
    • Experience in a fast-paced environment and the ability to drive results
    • Good knowledge of local employment legislations, co-worker relations and labor market situations and trends
    • HR certification preferred
