In order to ensure the best possible and professional distribution of tasks, we are now looking for a

Human Resources Officer / Clerk (m/f/d)

to support the partners as an HR generalist (m/f/d).

What awaits you with us:

Support and independent work on all operational personnel issues of the firm, including personnel acquisition, personnel development and personnel retention
Consultation of the partners regarding personnel-related questions
Time and vacation management, preparatory payroll accounting and preparation for the external tax firm
Planning and organization of training and further education measures
Further development of employer branding, including the creation of advertisements, maintenance of our website, social media posts, etc.
Support in shaping a positive corporate culture
