- Manage national and international supply chain
- Manage and maintain pricing with vendors
- Develop new supply chain
- Responsible for accurate pricing in ERP
- Manage one employee for issuing POs
- Prepare purchase orders on behalf of the company
- Receive internal purchase requests and review prices and product specifications from various suppliers to determine which would provide the best bid or price.
- Calculate costs of orders, and charge or forward invoices to appropriate accounts.
- Creating, auditing, and maintaining purchasing files and price lists
- Approve bills for payment.
- Track deliveries dates an update systems
- Contact suppliers in order to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other problems.
- Address supplier and customer inquiries about order changes or cancellations and check requisition orders for accuracy.
- Update and maintain Purchase orders that are received
- Handle reports with vendors
- Audit order logs
