    Stronghold Investment Management ("Stronghold," "SIM," or "the Firm") is a technology-driven, vertically integrated investment manager focused on real-assets and related private markets.     Stronghold was founded by Ryan Turner in 2016 and today has over $1 billion in capital commitments across 10+ investment vehicles.

    Ultimately, Stronghold intends to apply its technology-intensive investment approach to a variety of specialist real assets verticals, including:
    • Oil & Gas
    • Renewables
    • Specialty Real Estate (commercial, datacenters, marinas)
    • Telecommunications and Technology Infrastructure
    • Billboards and Fixtures
    • Mining & other commodities
    • Utilities
    • Secondaries
    Key Responsibilities:
    Lead product delivery teams with a hands-on approach and a commitment to excellence.
    Quickly assimilate the intricacies of real asset laws, including those governing oil, gas, and renewable energy sectors.
    Deep dive into the economics of oil and gas wells, focusing on asset evaluation to optimize well performance and financial returns.
    Engage in detailed analysis of well economics, incorporating data on costs, production, and market trends to guide strategic decisions on asset development and management.
    Translate customer needs into detailed requirements and ensure their understanding and implementation by internal teams including designers, developers, and engineers.
    Collaborate with designers and stakeholders for feature validation, ensuring product alignment with customer needs.
    Conduct training sessions for both internal and external product users.
    Partner with engineering management to identify and mitigate technical risks.
    Oversee early-stage product testing, integrating feedback into product refinement.
    Develop and maintain essential product documentation.
    Measure and report team productivity metrics to senior management.

    Requirements and Skills:
    Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
    A strong, positive influence on team culture, promoting continuous improvement and learning.
    Solid grasp of enterprise SaaS technologies and familiarity with leading public cloud providers.
    Outstanding organizational and leadership capabilities.
    Expertise in project management.
    Technical proficiency, including a deep understanding of APIs, API design, and data management. Prior technical experience is a plus.
    A Bachelor's degree in a technical field is preferred.

    In this pivotal role, you'll not only define and execute the product roadmap but also ensure our engineering teams have clear, actionable tasks. Your technical acumen, particularly in SQL and data management, will be crucial in making informed decisions about feature development. Working alongside a designer, you will be instrumental in crafting a product that resonates with our users, embodying SpinCo's commitment to innovation and quality in the realm of real asset management software solutions
