    The role –

    Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for digital marketing and a knack for creative expression? We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our team in Princeton, NJ. As our Marketing Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our marketing efforts across various platforms, with a particular focus on digital marketing initiatives.

    Responsibilities –

     Assist in the development & implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels.

     Create engaging content for social media platforms - LinkedIn and Instagram.

     Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative strategies.

     Manage and maintain social media accounts, including scheduling posts and getting analytics.

     Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.

     Support the design and production of marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite.

     Assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations of the marketing department.

    Requirements –

     Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

     On-site availability 4 days a week with reliable transportation.

     Interest in digital marketing; focus on social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram.

     Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is preferred.

     Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

     Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

     Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
