Business Analyst and Marketing Assistant (Automotive)
We are seeking an experienced and tech-savvy Business Analyst and Marketing Assistant to join our team at Tom's Ford. An award winning customer service focused Ford Dealership in Keyport, NJ.

In this role, you will be working directly with senior management and responsible for monitoring our dealership's data sources, extracting valuable customer insights, helping find process improvements, building custom reports from multiple data sources, identifying missed/potential opportunities and helping drive marketing and lead generation efforts.

Responsibilities:

Analyze data from our dealership management system (DMS) and customer relationship management system (CRM) to identify sales opportunities and trends
Assist senior management with providing customized reporting and analytics from multiple sources.
Utilize CRM software to effectively manage and nurture incoming sales leads from various marketing channels
Optimize our website and digital presence for lead capture through SEO, PPC advertising, and content marketing tactics
Collaborate with management to continuously improve processes and ensure adherence.
Generate detailed reports and dashboards to track key metrics along with providing datadriven recmmendations to enhance operations and the human experience.
Help team members with system utilization.

Requirements:

Some experience in data analysis, CRM/DMS management, or automotive marketing/lead generation
Zero coding or programming knowledge necessary.
Good people skills with ability to check the ego at the door.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and database querying
Familiarity with major automotive CRM and DMS platforms
Understanding of business and marketing trends
Selfmotivated with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Automotive industry experience is a strong plus
