Roles and Responsibilities
Direct the operations of the Private Dining department
Meet with clients to coordinate event pricing, menus, floorplans & itineraries
Update and maintain event details, communicate with all staff on event changes
Assist with event execution
Maintain and build relationships with existing & new clients
Launch promos and execute marketing plans
Manage the private dining department coordinators and serving staff
