    Description

    Responsibility

    1. Search and purchase American transportation resources, including Drayage, FTL, LTL, etc., through professional evaluation and selection of quality service providers, negotiate and control reasonable costs;

    2. Responsible for daily supplier management, including business management, contract management, KPI management, and replacement management, etc., to ensure that service providers meet operational requirements;

    3. the daily operation of the trailer after the port, including container pickup, warehouse delivery, empty-return, aging, and customer complaints, to provide customers with high-quality and stable service quality;

    4. Promote self-operated/class self-operated mode, including independent procurement of owners and own vehicles/drivers, and precipitation of independent operation capabilities and processes.

    5. Responsible for the operation and management of trailers behind the port, and improve cost competitiveness and profitability through revenue and cost analysis."

    Qualification

    1. Strong English reading, writing and speaking ability

    2. with more than 3 years of work experience in the U.S. transportation industry;

    3. can endure hardships, have the entrepreneurial spirit, have the momentum to expand the territory;

    4. have strong fast learning ability, a strong sense of responsibility, and communication and coordination skills."
