Your responsibilities will include optimizing various aspects of our business and marketing operations, from streamlining processes to identifying areas for improvement.

With a focus on marketing and adminstrave planning, you'll play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence across the board.

As an Entry Level Business Operations Manager, you'll be at the forefront of improving our operational efficiency through:

• Assisting the Estimator in managing our CRM system, ensuring diligent follow-up to drive sales and coordination for RFPs and associated documents.
• Taking the lead in creating and refining various marketing materials, social media accounts and analyzing their effectiveness, and promoting our brand.
• Providing crucial support to management with office administrative duties, including mail correspondence, vendor relationships, basic accounting, timecard creation, IT systems management, and more.
