- Drive operational excellence by reducing defects and lead times at our Fulfillment Centers (FC) collaborating with operation teams.
- Perform data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
- 5+ years experience with planning, creating standard work, process improvement, and metrics to track the performance
- Analytical capabilities to identify opportunities for improvements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to work successfully with teams across organization and global teams
- Japanese – business level / English – business level including verbal and written communications.
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience in eCommerce, Supply Chain, Consulting, or Finance
- Master's degree or equivalent in Logistics / Supply Chain / Mathematics / Science / Engineering
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Ability to run business analytics using SQL & Excel
