    CardsHQ, a leading trading card experience located in Atlanta, Georgia is excited to expand its quickly growing team with the addition of a Bookkeeper & Inventory Manager.

    In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial records and inventory of CardsHQ.

    As a Bookkeeper & Inventory Manager, you will ensure accurate and up-to-date financial documentation, track inventory levels, and help optimize our inventory management processes.

    CardsHQ offers a wide selection of sports cards and trading card games, and as the Bookkeeper & Inventory Manager, you will play a critical role in maintaining the financial health and inventory accuracy of the business.

    Responsibilities

    Maintain accurate financial records, including managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and preparing financial reports.
    Oversee the inventory management process, including tracking stock levels, and monitoring sales patterns.
    Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile any discrepancies.
    Develop and implement inventory control procedures to prevent shrinkage, loss, and excess inventory.

    Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings, including sports cards and trading card games, to accurately track and value inventory.

    Assist in the preparation and analysis of budgets and financial forecasts.
    Collaborate with the management team to identify and implement process improvements.
    Proven experience in bookkeeping and inventory management.
    Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
    Knowledge of sports cards and/or trading card games is a plus.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
    Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
