    If this sounds like you, keep reading. The Clements Fluids sales team is looking for an accomplished and competitive National Account Manager to help us build up our business activities. This person is a dynamic individual who enjoys discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, maintaining customer satisfaction, and effectively growing our brand at the Corporate Office level. The ideal candidate will be responsible for owning and exceeding annual sales targets and executing strategic plans across the region.

    Responsibilities:

    • Take ownership of annual sales targets within the assigned territory and key accounts.
    • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
    • Implement proactive sales strategies to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
    • Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with regional objectives.
    • Convey sales targets in line with broader regional objectives and strategic direction.
    • Monitor and report on factors impacting tactical budgets and strategic direction of key accounts.
    • Establish best practices for approaching customers, analyzing opportunities, and prioritizing potential work.
    • Support and develop Clements Fluid's Sales Best Practice methodology across the sales team.
    • Supervise field sales activities to ensure adherence to prescribed standards and best practices.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision makers.
    • Partner with customers to understand their business needs, objectives, and challenges.
    • Effectively communicate the value proposition of Clements Fluids through compelling proposals and presentations.
