- Doctorial Degree in Psychology from an accredited institution required
- Licensed in the state of California as a Clinical Psychologist required
- Training with an emphasis in forensics preferred
- Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience working with individuals with mental illnesses, substance abuse problems, and histories of violent behavior

The CONREP program is a statewide system that provides standardized intensive community outpatient mental health services for judicially committed individuals and mentally disordered offenders. We are currently seeking a full-time Forensic Program Director to join our team at the Ventura CONREP Program located in Oxnard, California. The Program Director will coordinate and oversee the CONREP forensic treatment program and supervise the clinical staff. The Community Program Director will be responsible for administrative guidance of the services provided including case management, evaluations, assessments, treatment planning, crisis management, court report writing, and witness testimony.
