Legends Barbell is looking to hire a competent Club Director to oversee the day-to-day operations of their facility.

They ensure that all staff members are properly trained and certified, they manage scheduling and staffing issues, and they oversee the development and implementation of new programs and services.

Description:

• As the Club Director at Legends Barbell, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of our facility in Oxnard, CA. Your role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of the club and providing our members with an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities:

• Daytoday operations of the club.
• Training new staff members.
• Providing staff with ongoing assistance and training.
• Collaborating with staff members to ensure cleanliness and tidiness of facilities and maintenance of equipment.
• Recruiting staff and ensuring optimal staffing levels.
• Monitor and evaluate club operations, programs, processes, and/or practices for quality and effectiveness.
• Manage Service and Operations Team to ensure policies and procedures are followed at all times.
• Cover Service or Operations Staff shifts in the event of an emergency and if the Assistant Club Director is unable to cover.
• Enforces all club rules, policies, and promotes proper execution of all procedures.
• Upholding The Legends Way while handling membership questions, concerns, and inquiries, as well as being the face of the club by providing exceptional hospitality to all members and guests.

Qualifications:

• 35 years of progressive management experience supervising 310 employees in a fastpaced, customerfacing team environment, with measurable outcomes.
• 23 years of broad retail/hospitality, operations industry experience, requiring high execution in both operations and service.
• Possess strong management skills, particularly in navigating and reducing turnover rates among team members, ensuring dynamic, cohesive, and efficient workplace.
• Phenomenal communication skills, oral and written, with heavy emphasis on listening.
• Able to demonstrate diplomacy in interactions while using appropriate behavior and language to maintain "The Legends Way."
• Must be 18 years of age or older with a HS diploma or GED equivalent.

Salary range for this position is $67,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year.
