- Casa de esperanza (house of hope) serves individuals with serious and persistent mental illness who have faced multiple acute psychiatric hospital admissions and struggle to maintain a residence and independence in the community.
- We offer various methods to connect with and support our residents in gaining skills and reintegrating into the community, including group sessions, appointments with medical staff, outings, presentations on community resources, and involvement of families.
- We celebrate residents' achievements monthly, nominating and voting for a 'Resident of the Month' who has excelled in social engagement.
- We believe recovery starts from within and provide the necessary support in a structured setting to aid in your journey.
- Our 4 'Casas' include a team of clinicians, psychiatrists, nurses, and care staff who emphasize choice-making skills and harm-reduction techniques.
- Staff collaborate with residents and Ventura County Behavioral Health Clinical Teams to support their recovery.
- Masters and current CA licensure (LCSW, LMFT, Psy.D, or LPCC) required.
- Four years of administrative management experience in a healthcare setting.
- Two years of supervisory experience with professional staff, budgeting, program planning, and licensing.
