Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Director to join our team. As a Program Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of our programs.

This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, relationship management abilities, and a passion for making a positive impact in the community.

Duties:

Develop and implement program goals, objectives, and strategies
Manage program budgets and ensure financial accountability
Supervise program staff and provide guidance and support
Collaborate with community partners to enhance program effectiveness
Conduct regular evaluations to assess program outcomes and make necessary improvements
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
Oversee program reporting and documentation requirements
Provide leadership in program development and expansion efforts

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
Proven experience in program management, preferably in the behavioral health or developmental disabilities field
Strong administrative skills, including budgeting and resource allocation
Excellent relationship management abilities with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
Demonstrated supervisory experience with the ability to motivate and develop staff
Knowledge of best practices in program development and evaluation
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
