    Accounts Payable Specialist - $65,000 base + annual bonus


    A reputable real estate management firm based in Boston, MA, is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team.

    Compensation for this position is around $60,000 to $65,000, with an annual bonus. The company specializes in property management and investment, offering a dynamic and collaborative work environment.


    The Accounts Payable Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring that payables are processed accurately and efficiently according to Accounting Standard Operating Procedures.

    This position involves providing financial, administrative, and clerical support to the organization, with a focus on completing payments, controlling expenses, and processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.


    Applicants must possess 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable within real estate operations and hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

    Strong proficiency in MS Office applications and accounting software is essential. Experience with Avid and Yardi is required. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work collaboratively within a team, and effective problem-solving abilities.
