- Efficiently process vendor bills in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Verify accuracy, completeness, and proper coding of invoices
- Initiate approval workflows to ensure timely review and authorization of vendor invoices
- Initiate payments through various methods including, ACH's, wires, checks and online payments.
- Understand construction phases and the associated coding that corresponds to each phase
- Be able to work in various systems on a daily basis
- Ad-hoc projects as requested by management
- Previous accounts payable experience is a plus.
- Experience with NetSuite, Stampli, Procore, Salesforce a plus.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment where priorities may shift quickly
- Demonstrates quick thinking and problem-solving abilities, especially when faced with unexpected changes
- Efficiently manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively
- The ideal candidate will possess a proactive attitude, consistently taking initiative to stay busy and contribute to the overall success of the AP Team

What we're looking for:
Nexamp is seeking to hire an Accounts Payable Specialist to join the AP team.
You will play a key role in driving the AP process, while providing financial and administrative support to the accounting team.
You will have the opportunity for future growth and development amongst a group of high achieving and fun professionals. We are seeking a driven, dedicated, and enthusiastic professional to join our dynamic team.You will be hybrid out of our Boston office and report directly to the Manager, Accounts Payable.
The Accounts Payable Specialist is a Full time position, and expected hours during the training process will be Monday-Friday, from 8:30am-5pm ET.
