    Trepp's tools are utilized by over 900 institutional clients representing insurance companies, investment banks, pension funds, asset managers and regulators. Trepp is a wholly owned subsidiary of DMG Information, which is a part of the Daily Mail Group, the largest media company in Britain.

    We are seeking a proven, quota-carrying sales person to help grow our customer base across our CRE sales team. Candidates should have relevant exposure to CRE lending/valuation, investment sales and/or leasing practices. Knowledge of capital markets, CRE market transaction and data solutions is a plus. Our Sales Director position is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional and enthusiastic self-starter. The successful candidate must have a demonstrated track record of exceeding sales goals in a business-to-business (B2B) environment. You will be responsible for selling multiple Trepp products to a variety of CRE professionals. You must be able to achieve sales targets exceeding minimum revenue thresholds, forecast sales activity and revenue achievement while creating satisfied customers.     A Day in the Life of a Sales Director on the Trepp Team:

    • Manage complex sales cycles and present the value of our institutional grade suite of products to C‐level executives.
    • Engage in business planning to manage and increase revenue opportunities within your market.
    • Manage a sales pipeline, produce monthly forecasts, and track all activity within our CRM.
    • Meet or exceed sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
    • Participate in ongoing product and sales training.

    This position might be for you if:

    • You have 5+ years of B2B, SaaS selling; CRE data and workflow solutions experience a plus.
    • You possess a successful history of increased sales year over year.
    • You have a passion for selling and effectively closing deals.
    • You have experience selling to CRE professions -- lenders, appraisers, investment sales, acquisition firms, etc. would be highly preferable.
    • You have a BS degree or related.
    • You possess strong communication skills, verbal and written included.
    • You are seeking an entrepreneurial business where you can make a big impact

    Salary Range:

    Base salary starting from 125k plus commission eligible

    Workplace Policy

    NYC, PA, and London office-based positions: Trepp's offices follows a 3-2 hybrid-working policy with the expectation of in-office work on Tuesday-Thursday and the option to work from home on Monday and Friday.
