    We are seeking a dynamic and skilled HR Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will not only be well-versed in HR functions but will also possess expertise in marketing, contract evaluation, and have the ability to communicate effectively with IT professionals and legal teams.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities
    • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to align HR strategies with the company's overall marketing objectives.
    • Contribute to the development and execution of company branding initiatives.
    • Utilize marketing techniques to enhance employee engagement and communication.
    • Review and analyze employment contracts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
    • Collaborate with legal teams to draft, review, and negotiate contracts.
    • Possess the capability to communicate effectively with IT professionals and legal experts.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as an HR Specialist or in a similar role.
    • Previous experience in marketing roles will be an added advantage.
    • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment legislation.
    • Marketing expertise with the ability to contribute to employer branding and engagement strategies.
    • Familiarity with IT concepts and the ability to communicate effectively with IT professionals.
    • Legal acumen to evaluate and manage employment contracts.
    • Ability to articulate complex IT and legal concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
    • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and legal professionals.
