At Sendify, we are looking for a Customer Success Specialist (M/F/d) to join our Customer Success Team Our mission at Sendify is to transform and simplify shipping for small and medium-sized businesses with our intuitive platform.


In this key position, you will ensure that our customers receive excellent service and that all customer inquiries are handled smoothly and efficiently.


Responsibilities:

  • You will handle customer inquiries through our live chat, email, and phone, and coordinate with our logistics partners' support teams.
  • You will provide topnotch service to our B2B customers.
  • You will handle incoming customer inquiries about Sendify's shipping platform, claims cases, and customs invoices via chat, phone, and email, always approaching them with a solutionoriented mindset and solving customer challenges with expertise.
  • You will identify trends and problem areas and work with internal teams to find solutions to improve the customer experience and reduce the number of support tickets.
  • You will develop and implement processes for the growing Customer Success Team at Sendify.
  • You will guide our customers on how to optimize their logistics processes to ensure a great customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Ideally, you have professional experience in a similar customer service role (logistics experience is a plus).
  • You are fluent in German, both written and spoken (at least C1 level).
