We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sr.
Research Associate to join the Lipid Nanoparticle (LNP) Formulations team, contributing to the development of next-generation in vivo and ex vivo therapeutics.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Formulate Lipid Nanoparticles for gene editing
Screen and evaluate various lipids and formulation methods to identify the optimal combination for effective gene delivery
Perform and develop comprehensive lipid nanoparticle analysis using techniques such as DLS, Ribogreen assay, and HPLC to assess their quality and functionality
Primary Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree (1-3 yrs. experience) or Masters degree (0-2 yrs. experience) in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Engineering, or related scientific discipline
Experience using gene-editing tools
Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
