    ManTech is currently looking for a dedicated Active Security Representative II to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. The main task of the Activity Security Representative will be to provide comprehensive security assistance to a customer's facility and organization, focusing on Collateral, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), and Special Access Program (SAP) activities.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct classification reviews of incoming and outgoing correspondence
    • Aid in managing a document accountability database and related correspondence
    • Handle classified mail processing and record-keeping
    • Assist with destruction of classified materials
    • Support in processing magnetic media accountability
    • Provide reproduction services for classified materials
    • Keep various daily logs for administrative functions linked to document control
    • Assist in handling inbound and outbound data transfers
    • Maintain a detailed customer database contact list
    • Help with research, filing, and maintaining visit notices
    • Escort facility visitors and maintain visitor logs
    • Assist in creating facility access control badges
    • Conduct entry and exit inspections
    • Aid in the maintenance of facility access control systems
    • Handle data entry to maintain personnel access information
    • Follow and enforce Standard Operating Procedures
    • Support security awareness and education initiatives
    • Perform various administrative tasks as directed
    • Monitor security clearance processing activities
    • Participate in security compliance inspections
    • Implement control procedures for classified material
    • Process classified mail, faxes, packages, and receipts
    • Review and process Program Access Requests
    • Conduct security reviews for SAP access candidates
    • Maintain personnel access information in databases
    • Provide indoctrinations

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree OR 10+ years of relevant experience
    • Six years of related experience with at least 3 years in SCI or SAP programs
    • Completion of required training programs

    Security Clearance Requirements:

    • Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility
    • Eligibility for Special Access Program Information
    • Willingness to undergo a Counterintelligence polygraph

    Physical Requirements:

    • Ability to stay in a stationary position 50% of the time
    • Effective communication skills for interactions with colleagues and customers
    • Proficiency in operating office equipment

    Projected salary range: $109,100-$181,100. Salary may vary based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, location, and qualifications.
