  • Guard Card is Required_

Responsibilities:


  • Crowd Management: Ensure a safe and secure environment by effectively managing crowds at entrances and exits.
  • ID Verification: Verify the identity of individuals entering the premises, ensuring only authorized personnel gain access.
  • Conflict Resolution: Handle conflicts and disputes in a professional and calm manner, preventing escalation and maintaining a secure atmosphere.
  • Observation and Surveillance: Maintain a constant vigilance over the premises, identifying and addressing potential security risks.
  • Communication: Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with patrons to enforce security policies.
  • Emergency Response: Act swiftly and responsibly in the event of emergencies, following established protocols and ensuring the safety of all individuals on the premises.

Requirements:_

  • Physical Fitness: Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physically demanding situations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to make quick and informed decisions.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well within a team.
  • Legal Knowledge: Familiarity with local laws and regulations pertaining to security procedures.
  • Professionalism: Maintain a professional demeanor at all times, representing company in a positive manner.

Qualifications:_

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in security.

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Valid security license.


Job Type:
Part-time


Pay:
$22.00 per hour


Expected hours:
No less than 20 per week


Experience level:

Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Holidays
  • Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

  • Los Angeles, CA 90032: Relocate before starting work (required)
