    Job Title: Manager of KIND Internal Communications & Engagement

    What you'll do:

    • Develop and manage the internal communications and engagement calendar for KIND
    • Oversee internal communication channels like Community Connects and internal newsletters
    • Enhance the company intranet (myKIND) and collaborate with various departments for updates
    • Coordinate organization-wide events such as volunteer opportunities and World Kindness Day celebrations
    • Support KIND Resource Groups in promoting their initiatives and events
    • Handle communications for people-focused programs and organizational announcements
    • Assist in change communications planning and crisis-related communications
    • Promote team member engagement with KIND's Purpose
    • Provide guidance to Executive Leaders on company-wide communications
    • Consult on employer brand communications and promote KIND as an exemplary workplace

    You are:

    You have:

    • 5-7 years of experience in corporate/internal communications and engagement
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
    • Direct engagement with C-suite executives on a regular basis
    • Experience in thought leadership and change management
    • Exceptional writing skills with keen attention to detail
    • Preferably, experience in Food/Beverage or CPG industry
    • A passion for KIND's mission and values
