- Desarrollar la cuenta clave alineado a la estrategia de la compañía, para alcanzar los KPI del IOP en vigencia (SOM, cartera, FEX, venta neta y rentabilidad).
- Desarrollar planes comerciales de acuerdo a las oportunidades del entorno, a través de una eficiente administración de los recursos de inversión asignados para el logro de los objetivos, proponiendo y negociando el plan de inversión anual con las cadenas, a fin de garantizar el cumplimiento de los indicadores de ventas.
- Ejecutar y dar seguimiento a la implementación de la estrategia de precios con el Cliente, de acuerdo a al compromiso del IOP vigente para alcanzar los objetivos de venta neta.
- Programar y ejecutar revisiones de negocios periódicas, tomando en cuenta el análisis de los KPI, a fin de determinar oportunidades, presentar propuestas y dar seguimiento en la toma de decisiones tanto del Sell In como del Sell Out (Scanner).
- Administrar la proyección de demanda y cumplimiento de la misma (RFCTS), de acuerdo con los planes establecidos, para asegurar el abastecimiento rentable y a tiempo de la venta del IOP en vigencia.
- Asegurar la colocación de las marcas/productos en los puntos de venta, de acuerdo a la estrategia de ESSITY ( marca y tipo de cliente), con el objetivo de alcanzar el objetivo de cobertura y distribución establecidos para las cuentas.
- Administrar la segmentación de los tipos de clientes en el canal DTT, de acuerdo a la estrategia comercial establecida por la compañía para cada segmento, a fin de alcanzar la venta neta, share of market, distribución y rentabilidad de segmento.
- Minimo Bachillerato Universitario.
- Experiencia manejando equipos del departamento de ventas, conocimiento del canal Oriental y manejo de distribuidores.
- Experiencia de 4 años en posiciones similares en Consumo masivo.
- Dominio avanzado de excel, y power point.
