Description
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Creating effective marketing strategies that encourage passengers to fly to BWI Marshall Airport.
Developing and implementing cohesive marketing plans/campaigns to support
MAA's growth trajectory and brand awareness.
Developing and supporting the airport's digital platforms and content strategy including social media platforms. Grows customer engagement through owned platforms.
Working with Airport Technology & Innovation to continuously improve the customer-facing experience and back-end technology for MAA websites.
Implementing strategies for the terminal concession programs including food and beverage, retail, news, advertising, foreign exchange, Duty-Free, and other revenue-generating opportunities at both airports.
Employees in this position will occasionally be required to work weekend and evening hours for special events and outreach activities.

A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
Experience

Six (6) years of experience in administrative or professional work. This experience must include developing comprehensive marketing plans/campaigns tailored to brand recognition.
