    Excited by innovation and excellence? At RSI, we believe our people are our greatest asset We are looking for a highly motivated lawyer to join our growing legal team as Director of Legal (Privacy Law)

    Develop and enhance privacy frameworks for North America and Latin America, ensuring compliance with all relevant jurisdictions where RSI operates sports betting, online casino operations, and development hubs.

    Deliver training sessions on privacy and data protection policies and oversee policy implementation and contribute to the development of controls for privacy management.

    Manage and resolve privacy incidents, inquires and escalations.
    Maintain expertise in privacy and data protection laws, regulations, for U.Canada, Latin American and European Union jurisdictions.

    Collaborate with various departments including Business Development, Operations, Marketing, Product, and Finance, to negotiate and draft data privacy and technology protection provisions in commercial contracts and vendor agreements.

    Communicate with outside legal counsel creating relationships of trust.
    Work collaboratively across the legal department and senior leadership on a variety of cross-functional initiatives.

    Minimum of 5 years of legal experience handling privacy matters in house for a technology company or at a law firm where you worked with technology companies as clients.

    A solid understanding of privacy/data protection laws
    Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage conflicting priorities efficiently.
    Experience with supporting people/teams worldwide and remotely
    Able to travel occasionally both domestically and internationally.
