    The Project/contract Manager, based in Chicago, IL, is a PEOPLE LEADER position above all else. It

    leads

    and manages the

    security services

    and related operations provided to an assigned Client Contract based in Chicago, IL


    This includes:
    Client service and problem resolution
    Ensuring all contractual obligations are met
    Operational effectiveness
    Staffing
    Scheduling
    Supervision and training

    Specific duties or tasks may vary and be documented separately.


    The Project/Contract Manager will work compliance-focused environment, where processes, issue identification, exceptional judgement and good communication are key to success.

    The Ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of integrity, the ability to track deliverables,

    strong process orientation,

    and experience in security management.
    Demonstrated experience managing teams of 15+ employees is a MUST.

    US citizenship preferred.
