    Job Description:


    Mercedes Benz USA seeks an experienced individual to steer & drive the implementation of the Objective & Key Results (OKR) process on all levels of the organization.

    Influencing and promoting a clear understanding of OKRs across all levels of the organization and supporting teams in their effective execution.

    In this role, you are entrusted with creating a rollout plan, managing all internal stakeholders, and ensuring a smooth implementation of the OKR process.

    Additionally, facilitates regular management reporting for executives, keeping them updated on the progress and success of the OKR implementation

    Responsibilities:

    • Embed the OKR process effectively in the respective unit and ensuring every team receives the required support.
    • Develop a framework for communicating & managing the OKRs - drafting & implementing the process
    • Deliver one consistent approach across the organization to ensure a holistic picture of the common purpose & understanding of OKRs.
    • Sharing insights and best practices to the organization to optimize the process and contribute to the overall successful rollout of OKR's across the organization
    • Monitor and steer the OKR process from cycle to cycle
    • Stakeholder Management in the respective unit by setting expectations and through continuous exchange with business units on best practices and learnings
    • Implement targeted communication channels and formats to enable a consistent communication across the organization and respective unit
    • Manage the partnership with supplier on the utilization of the tool, access, and training
    • Championing the adoption & usage of the OKR tool throughout the organization

    Coaching:
    Offering guidance and support to teams throughout the OKR. Once implemented, ensuring various business units' adaptation & ownership of their OKRs


    • Drive an OKR mindset across the organization through events, demand, and programs in support of strategic visions and organization growth
    • Demand Management - Closely collaborate with Data & Digital Board lead on all demands and activities to ensure the correct tracking and measurements supports initiatives
    • Work with business units to ensure demands are clearly linked to OKRs and tracked accordingly
    • Monitoring & reporting the lifespan demands and its alignment with the OKRs that are established

    Reporting:
    Leveraging the organization's OKR tool to provide transparency and insight in overall performance.

    Communication:
    Ensure everyone speaks the same language and is informed about common progress, challenges, and solutions


    • Ensure that the program's key stakeholders/Executive Management are informed on a regular basis to steer the program effectively

    Milestone Planning:
    Incorporate & utilize OKR (Objectives & Key Results) as a medium to track measure outcome of demands


    • Closely collaborate with OKR team for alignment and enforcement of measurements for tracking & reporting.

    Qualifikationen Qualification:

    • (accredited school) Bachelor's degree in computer science - Business Management, Communication, or relevant field
    • 5+ years of professional PPM experience
    • In-depth knowledge of project and portfolio management methodologies (PPM)
    • Proven experience in analyzing and managing requirements and portfolios, including prioritizing requirements
    • Experience with risk assessment related to Project Management
    • Robust and effective communication and presence is a must at all levels of the organization.
    • Strong facilitation skills
    • Strong influencing and negotiating skills and ability to work across organizational boundaries
    • Excels at collaboration and problem-solving with varied stakeholders and technical teams
    • Strong independent judgment, discretion, critical and analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills required
    • A history of being a self-starter, innovative and creating success in ambiguous situations, driving results through influence and a passion for excellence
