    Communications Manager


    Our well known Healthcare Client is in search of a Contract Communications Manager, in this role you will oversee a broad range of communication efforts designed to advance the Human Resource Group's vision and strategy.

    Responsibilities

    The Communications Manager will oversee a broad range of communication efforts designed to advance the Human Resource Group's vision and strategy

    You will serve as the key contact for all HR strategy-connected initiatives and maintain collaborative relationships across the enterprise to implement efficient, brand-centered communications strategies and tactics

    Develop and manage communication plans and campaigns for human resource's strategically-aligned projects

    Conceptualize and oversee production for video projects, podcasts and events with and without outside vendor support

    Manage and maintain the enterprise's voice and branding, as well as Employee Value Proposition messaging

    Ensure all communications deliver a consistent message and reflection of the organization

    Leverage personal knowledge and best practices to provide insight and support for HR

    Design and direct the production of HR Group events (including, but not limited to, weekly Friday Forum, quarterly Town Hall Meetings, HR Summit, and other events as needed)

    Supervise one or more staff-level positions and contractors

    Conduct plan and project post-mortems and benchmark communication efforts and assess the effectiveness of strategies

    Identify opportunities to advance HRs strategic agenda through communications and content

    Hold fiscal responsibility over select budget items

    Assure compliance with the organization's ethical standards in all communications

    Build trust and act with authenticity to cultivate a culture of integrity, inclusion, and mutual respect

    Deliver information in a clear, concise, and compelling manner to effectively engage others and achieve desired results

    Able to manage the processes related to compliance by following regulatory guidelines

    Qualifications

    Strong ability to make timely, informed decisions that are in the best interest of patients, employees, providers, community, and the organization

    Ability to manage employee wellbeing through financial and nonfinancial rewards.

    Strong technology and social media skills

    Email Marketing experience

    Ability to use analytics to improve decision making

    Bachelor's degree required

    Master's degree preferred

    7+ years of experience in communications or public relations field required

    Management experience preferred


    Pay Details:
    $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
