    Position Summary

    We are looking for a highly motivated team player who can lead content creation and publishing across all our digital channels. This role is responsible for monitoring and maintaining a strong web and social media presence, creating graphic design materials, websites, social media posts, and other related digital content.

    This position follows marketing trends and develops effective digital marketing strategies to create engaging content for the companys channels.

    This role will collaborate with business units, the sales team, corporate communications, the HR team and marketing teams to ensure resources are being used in an efficient and cost-effective manner.

    Key Responsibilities

    Social Media

  • Develop and execute compelling social media campaigns that align with company priorities. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
  • Actively manage communities, responding to comments and messages, and engaging with followers to build relationships and foster a positive brand image.
  • Stay ahead of social media trends and incorporate innovative methods into campaigns to achieve the best results for clients.
  • Responsible for social media strategy and management
  • Responsible for generating and managing digital content calendar for blogging and social media.

  • Responsible for day-to-day operation of myBBB (building out its capabilities, creating onboarding campaigns, etc.)

    • Website

  • Periodically research and update the team on search engine optimization, content trends, and consumer behavior.
  • Generate regular reports and presentations to communicate insights, progress, and actionable recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Monitor the corporate website to ensure clarity of information and content is current and relevant.

    • Graphic Design

  • Review and edit visual assets including photos and videos, edit, and execute campaigns coupled with compelling copywriting.
  • Brainstorm and research graphic concepts and ideas to make sure our campaigns are always evolving and driving results in a constantly changing digital landscape.
  • Assist the graphic designer and support in the creation of both external and internal assets such as: PowerPoint decks, marketing materials, flyers, sell sheets and other brand collateral.

    • Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
  • Social media management, Graphic Design including photos, videos and executing campaigns
  • Certification: Google Ads/Analytics
  • Programs: Canva, InDesign, Facebook Ad Manager, Facebook Business Manager
    Skills: HTML, Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices, video production and editing a plus
