You will be assessing and evaluating the risks associated with working through what can be hundreds of millions of new and ongoing allocations of client assets per week.

Most importantly, we value diverse perspectives that will contribute to our team's and our firm's competitiveness, capabilities, and culture.
    Duties and Responsibilities

Excellent communication and advocacy skills to apply in advising senior executives and the firm as a whole or key risk-related issues.

Review and assess a unique allocation and investing environment to deliver a comprehensive plan to address the individual client risks and the firm's overall risks.

Ability and agility to adjust to a highly competitive industry and fast-growing firm's business and investment priorities and practices.

Value inclusiveness in a dynamic team environment, engage in robust deliberations and engagement, be fearless in defending your point of view, and accept that the process of finding the right answer requires open and direct dialogue.

Embrace and harness technology and innovation to address, elevate, and scale our firm's risk practices.

On a technical basis, you will:
Supervise a team of high-achieving colleagues.
Contribute to the development of risk-related paperwork or disclosures, including risk profiles, options paperwork, and one-offs.

Develop, refine, and monitor the models for asset allocation in conjunction with the Chief Investment Officer and Investment Management team.

Approve the requests for trades and other projects as permitted by the asset allocation models.
Develop a deep understanding of the pros and cons of Lido's strategies.
Maintain daily interaction with Traders and Advisors.
Implement procedures and policies for tracking and communicating to clients on legacy positions.
Participate in discussions regarding client margin, including interfacing with advisors for remediation.

    Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of Portfolio Management, Asset Allocation experience, preferably at an RIA.
