    We are seeking a knowledgeable Billing Specialist with full-revenue cycle experience in both front-end and back-end responsibilities with integrated care clinics preferred. We are seeking someone with a strong background in non-contracted commercial insurance, especially in authorizations. The position will require being comfortable working in both an EMR system (Kipu) as well as the billing system (Medics Premiere) and multi-tasking effectively

    Responsibilities

    · Front End: Check Eligibility and Pre-Cert Requirements, obtain per-certs as needed, manage concurrent review process.

    · Back End (insurance): Billing, collections to include denials and appeals and payment posting (manual and auto)

    · Back End (client): Sending statements, collections to include processing credit card payments and setting up payment plans.

    · Review and work correspondence,

    · Scanning documents onto client's accounts.

    Requirements

    · At least 3 years of experience in all aspects of the revenue cycle, front and back.

    · At least 3 years of experience in behavioral health or medical, integrated care preferred.

    · At least 3 years of experience with 835 and 837 files.

    · Intermediate Excel Skills

    · Advanced Denial & Appeal Skills

    · Advanced commercial and authorizations skills

    Must have experience with Medics premiere or the billing side of Kipu

    · Strong written and verbal communication skills

    · Detail-Oriented
