Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 6am to 2:30pm (overtime as needed)

Rate of Pay:
$25/hr - $28/hr (DOE)

Salary range for this position is $ $28.00 per hour. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position.

Responsibilities:

Create invoices for labor and equipment rental projects in accordance with lump sum and T&M contracts.
Communicate with internal sales team, management and customers to determine billing arrangements, guidelines, customer specific requirements, and collection arrangements.
Compile, analyze and distribute internal reports utilized for monthly billing preparation.
Maintain project specific job files from creation to closeout.
Provide customer service regarding collection issues, process customer refunds, process and review account adjustments, resolve client discrepancies and short payments.
Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management team.

Required Skills/Qualifications

2+ years of billing experience (willing to train).
High school diploma or equivalent. Post secondary education preferred but not required.
Excellent communication, organizational skills and customer service.
Ability to work on multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Independently perform complex duties under general guidance of a supervisor.
Advanced experience using Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
Experience with Pay Applications and Customer Portals (Ariba, Textura, SAP, etc.)
Construction industry experience a huge plus
