    Complete Description:

    Request for New position per 2022 statewide contract rates. The candidate will need to come onsite on the first day to collect equipment.
    All candidates must be local to the Triangle region of North Carolina, and posting may require up to 1-2 days per week in a Triangle area office for meetings.
    • NCDIT-T Web Systems is seeking an Expert Level Technical Specialist/Agile product owner who leads Business owners in the translation of customer requests into technical requirements and user stories, coordinates software, release schedules with the Business and Technical Teams, develop business requirements, help facilitate change management documentation, and provides testing, training support, and mentoring. This position understands applications and their dependencies on each other. This position is critical for the Web Systems Team to deliver on its mandate of providing effective and efficient online services to our North Carolina DMV customers and to decrease office traffic.
    Required / Desired Skills Skill Required / Desired mount of Experience SP.NET(C#), .NET 4.72, .NET 6 Required 7 Years HTML, JavaScript, Typescript, Node JS Angular, React Required 7 Years MS SQL Server, including database design, T-SQL, and stored procedure Required 7 Years Building/Implementing Web API (RESTful) Required 7 Years Proficiency using DevOps and GIT Required 7 Years Experience in maintaining and troubleshooting Windows Server/llS platform Required 7 Years dvanced experience and knowledge in information system architecture, system design patterns, and integration Required 7 Years Self-motivated and self-driven is a must, ability to work on a team with limited supervision Required 7 Years Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; Experience working directly with clients is a plus Required 7 Years Cloud Architecture and Cloud application development Required 5 Years IBM DB2 Database Design, SQL, and Store Procedures Desired 4 Years Experience with ServiceNow Design and Development Desired 2 Years
