- Educate and communicate programs and services offered at the facility to healthcare providers, hospitals, and other agencies who have the potential to refer patients.
- Market the hospital services through daily contacts, build new and maintain current accounts, develop, and implement detailed market plans as needed.
- Maintain referral source database to record daily, weekly, and monthly interactions with providers. Must understand how to generate reports from the system to compare trends.
- Set-up and conduct education and networking events for professionals.
- Act as a liaison between the facility and the referral source regarding potential admissions and address any concerns or questions.
- Complete weekly and monthly statistical reporting, develop facility specific business plans that will help maintain both hospital's patient census and referral flow.
- Work closely with Director of Business Development and team as well as the CEO of the facility.
- Assist Director of Business Development with social media initiatives, marketing collateral and creative ways to integrate with the community
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2 to 4 years working experience in sales and networking with healthcare referral sources
- Experience developing marketing strategies and programs including referral development, intake, tracking advertising and public relations
- Previous experience and knowledgeable of behavioral health acute and residential services
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must have a valid driver license in the State of Arkansas
- Experience with creating and maintain social media postings.
- Able to travel in the surrounding area near Memphis, TN, Jonesboro/Little Rock, AR
