    Clinical Case Manager

    LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Clinical Case Manager for our nonprofit client located in San Francisco, CA. This will be a 100% onsite opportunity at our client's Supportive Housing location and a direct hire opportunity. This role will be focused on supporting a caseload of our client's SMI clients who are experiencing homelessness and SMI and providing medical (mental and physical) health services, assisting them in the recovery journey, as well as helping them with financials and other necessary resources.

    Requirements

    • Master's Degree in Psychology/Social Work/Human Services or similar field required (this role does provide the opportunity to gain clinical hours if needed)
    • Minimum 2 years of experience working within a case management role
    • Understanding of MediCal and knowledgable of medical and other resources throughout the area
    • Proficient in different database systems, including Microsoft Office

    Skills

    • Must have a passion for helping people, especially those experiencing severe mental health ailments
    • Ability to thrive in high-pressure, unpredictable enviornment and feel comfortable adapting as needed throughout the day
    • Must have prior case management experience and understand prioritizing caseloads and keeping organized
    • Excellent written and verbal communciation skills
