    Senior Advice And Counsel Associate Attorney

    A law firm seeks a qualified and experienced Senior Advice and Counsel Associate Attorney for its Los Angeles, CA, office.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive advice and counsel on employment law matters.

    The Senior Advice and Counsel Associate Attorney will be crucial in conducting audits, drafting and revising documents, and providing expert guidance on complex employment law issues.

    The position requires a JD from an ABA-accredited law school, active admission to the CA State Bar, and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.

    Conduct audits of employer practices, including wage and hour policies and procedures.
    Draft and revise incentive compensation documents, including commission and bonus plans.
    Draft and revise policies, handbooks, and other employee communication documents for clarity.
    Explain complex employment law issues in a way understandable to a diverse audience.
    JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
    Knowledge of federal, state, and local workplace and employment law (a plus).
    Strong organizational and project management skills.
    Experience conducting training or workplace investigations preferred.
    Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
    In-depth knowledge of employment law.
    Strong organizational and project management skills.
    Ability to explain complex legal issues in a comprehensible manner.
