Description

Bent Caryl & Kroll, LLP, is small, well-established employment defense firm located in the mid-Wilshire area of Los Angeles. We are seeking an associate or of counsel attorney with employment litigation experience (plaintiff or defense). PAGA and/or putative class experience is a plus. Based on experience and performance, the position maintains flexibility between in office and remote work.


Qualifications:

• Current California Bar admission;
• At least 1 to 5 years of experience in employment litigation;
• Ability to prepare and respond to written discovery;
• Experience in handling a variety of court appearances;
• Experience in taking and defending depositions, including PMQ depositions.
• Ability to manage and litigate a case from inception to verdict (with assistance along the way as needed);
• Ability to work independently as well as a team player; and
• A strong work ethic with a professional and positive attitude.

Pay:
$115, $160,000.00 per year
