    In this role the Sales Coordinator will assist in supporting the Sales Team by gathering materials, communicating relevant information both internally and externally, and facilitating team activities to maximize performance.

    Work directly with the team management to ensure that all administrative and support functions are operating efficiently.


    What you'll be doing:
    Coordinate schedules and timelines to meet deadlinesSubmit new items for in-store or online listings, working and communicating with other departments and account managers for direction, collection of assets, and accurate product informationCommunicate efficiently with internal and external members of the organizationManage tasks from beginning to end, proposing solutions based on timelines to ensure on time deliverablesProcess and track customer samples, working and communicating with other departments and account managers to successfully completeConduct audits, as neededAssist in the preparation and organizing of promotional materials (such as presentations) as neededMust have ability to work well in fast-paced environmentWhat we look for:Upbeat personality, high energy, and a sharp eye for details2 plus years of Account Management experience2 plus years of administrative office experienceWell-organized and responsible with aptitude in problem-solvingTeam playerExcellent verbal and written communication skillsCross functional team communicationStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office & G-SuiteWhat we offer:Basic Medical Insurance 100% Company paid for Employee and Employee/Children ()Employee Basic Life and AD&D Insurance401(K) Retirement Program
