    Description

    In this role, you will:


    For our US office located in Santa Clara / Sunnyvale, California, we are urgently looking for a Start of Production (SOP) Project Manager who will drive the development and the delivery of Momenta products for our US customers like an entrepreneur.


    In your mission, you will manage a global team located in China, USA and Germany, and report to the projects director in Germany.


    In order to ensure a successful project delivery to the customer, the SOP PM will set-up a project with Momenta's project team to fulfill customer requirements, track and drive execution (change and risk management), escalate and solve internal blocking points, and make sure to deliver to the customer according to the requirements.

    The SOP PM will work with different Momenta teams (PM and R&D in different locations), and in close contact with the customer for key events / milestones.

    The SOP PM monitors and ensures adherence to agreed standards such as ASPICE and guides & advises the R&D team in the execution of the project.

    Define and track customer requirements
    Define and track the project plan based on work breakdown structure and customer milestones
    Ensure on-time and at-scope delivery of the committed work packages
    Coordinate activities with Momenta teams in various locations, manage resource forecast
    Ensure regular customer communication and timely problem resolution
    Track project progress and costs
    Track and manage project changes and risks
    Track project status for internal and external stakeholder communication
    Support business development team to extend Momenta's US portfolio
    Ensure stakeholder satisfaction

    We would like you to have:

    Fluent English. Chinese is a plus.
    A university degree in science or engineering (Bsc., Msc. or equivalent).
    Experience in SOP project as Project Manager facing the customer (at least 1 SOP).
    Experience in automotive project management (at least 5 years), preferably in ADAS domain and from Tier 1.
    A good understanding of system and SW development cycles.
    Experience in applying automotive standard processes (ASPICE, ISO26262, ...).
    Strong leadership and communication skills.
    A strong customer orientation.
    Proven problem solving skills.
    A project management certification (IPMA, PMP or equivalent) is a plus.
