Expertise in capital markets and securities transactions, including handling IPOs, highyield and investmentgrade debt, convertible notes, public and private equity offerings, and general corporate and securities matters.

Competitive Compensation
The starting base salary for this position in Palo Alto is anticipated to range between $310,000 to $435,000 annually.

The final salary will be determined based on skills, relevant experience, and other job-related factors, in accordance with applicable regulations.

Lead transactions across the spectrum of equity and debt capital markets, including headlinegrabbing deals.
Work on traditional capital markets transactions like IPOs, followon equity offerings, investmentgrade debt, and more.
Structure and execute complex capital markets transactions, including tender offers, spinoffs, and restructurings.
Build relationships with a diverse range of public and private companies, investment banks, and private equity firms.
