Outside Sales Representative


Duties:

• Provide information and educate individuals about the ACP/Lifeline enrollment process and program offerings
• Maintain accurate records of all enrolled individuals and their information
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth enrollment processes
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target industries
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Experience:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a wireless sales role
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships
• Previous experience in administrative or recruiting roles is preferred
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to effectively educate and inform individuals about program details
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in using computer systems and software for data entry and record keeping
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not required
